Melanie Ciotoli serves as the Chief of Staff to the Vice President and Executive Director of Organizational Excellence in Student & Campus Life where she focuses on divisional priority management, planning, and people. Her areas of oversight include Executive Support for the Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resources and Assessment. Melanie is a two time Cornell alum (BSILR and MMH). Prior to Cornell she worked in corporate HR and has been at Cornell for more than 15 years, most recently as the Director of Human Resources for Student & Campus Life.

Prior to Cornell, Tom worked at Binghamton University leading several units on campus, first as the Director of Recruitment for Undergraduate Admissions & Enrollment Management, and then as the Senior Director of Development in the Advancement Division. His role at Binghamton included directing the Principal Gifts team, fundraising operations for the Department of Athletics, and leading the Regional Development program.

Erica was a first-generation college student and grew up in rural Pennsylvania. For almost 15 years she has worked as a higher education professional, beginning her career in Multicultural Student Services and Residence Life. For the past 10 years, she has worked in Career Services, first at The Pennsylvania State University where she served as a career counselor, and then for the past 5 years in the Fleishman Center for Career and Professional Development at Binghamton University.

Jenny Loeffelman is the Assistant Vice President for Student and Campus Life. Jenny received an undergraduate degree in Communications from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, and a Masters in Student Affairs Administration from Ball State University.  Prior to joining Cornell, Jenny was the Director of Student Activities and the Cliff Alexander Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Miami University in Oxford Ohio for 9 years.  She started her higher education career at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she served as the Assistant Dean of Stude

Dr. Marla Love serves as the Robert W. and Elizabeth C. Staley Dean of Students within the Division of Student and Campus Life (SCL). As part of SCL's broad vision of creating transformation through co-curricular programs and services, the Dean of Students provides vision and leadership for Student Support & Advocacy Services, the Diversity Cultural Centers and Student Empowerment areas, and Student Conduct and Community Standards.

Dr. Nicki Moore, who brings nearly two decades of visionary athletics leadership and served as Vice President and Director of Athletics of Colgate University since 2018, was named the Meakem Smith Director of Athletics and Physical Education on Nov. 30, 2022.  Moore became the 15th Director of Athletics in Cornell's storied history and the first woman to hold the position. She is the second director to lead Big Red athletics since the position was endowed in 2003 by Jack '58 and Diane '61 Meakem and Scott Smith '79.

As executive director of the David M. Einhorn Center for Community Engagement, Basil sets the vision and strategy for Cornell’s community-engaged learning initiative. Basil leads the team of Einhorn Center staff and collaborates with colleagues across the university to expand students’ opportunities to engage with communities through courses, research and co-curricular activities. 

Dan Sweeney serves as the AVP of Finance and Operations within the Division of Student and Campus Life (SCL), where his team ensures the effective deployment of Information Technology, Facilities, Accounting, Risk Management, Business Analytics, and Financial Planning support services to departments within the division.  Working collaboratively as integrated cross-functional partners, leaders from the SCL-OVP support team strive to enhance the day-to-day operational effectiveness of our campus, deliver timely business reporting and information to stakeholders, manage key divisional sys

Pat Wynn assumed the role of Executive Director for Campus Life Enterprise Services in July 2014, and became the Assistant Vice President in 2019.  The unit is comprised of Conference Services, Cornell Catering, The Cornell Store and its satellite units, Community Centers, Housing, Residential Life, and Cornell Dining. Pat is a retail professional with 40 years of experience in leading various retail venues. Before coming to Cornell, Pat was with Borders Group Inc.
