Kim Garrison has been serving in the Associate Dean of Students role since November 2021. Kim works with the Student Support and Advocacy Services team to provide outreach, support, and resources to students working through difficult moments. Prior to the Dean of Students Office, most of Kim's career has been in Housing and Residential Life. Kim worked in Housing and Residential Life at Cornell for two and a half years. She has also worked at Binghamton University and Ball State University. When not at work, Kim enjoys time with her family and time outside exploring Ithaca.
