Organization Specific & General Workshops
The student and advisor leadership workshop series are virtual trainings on a variety of topics. These general topics provide the opportunity for one to dig deeper in gaining additional resources and knowledge. Topics are designed to provide learning opportunities to both students and advisors wishing to further grow in their perspective areas. All workshops are on Cornell time, EST.

- March 4 at 4pm: Branding, Marketing, and Promotions
- The goal of any brand marketing workshop is to help identify and create a brand that best reflects an organization’s vision and values. Come dive deeper into how your organization can develop a successful brand image that connects and resonates with others.
- March 4 and 22 at 5pm: Managing Emotions During A Pandemic
- March 8 and 18 at 4pm: Leadership and Hidden Biases
- April 1 at 4pm: Inclusion 2.0
- Looking for an opportunity to learn more about your own biases and how to become more self-aware so you can be a more effective leader or advisor? You will have a chance to explore how one’s biases may impact the recruitment and retention of a diverse group of organization members. This awareness when implemented with action steps can expand the breadth and depth of your organization and its impact within the Cornell community.
