Snow Arrived for Ski Classes

The timing was perfect – snow fell just in time for the beginning of winter classes, and melted on the last weekend.  Instructor Caroline Campbell shared a reflection on the season,  “This is my second year teaching cross country skiing and it continues to be one of my favorite classes COE has to offer. This class has the ability to transform what winter means for a lot of students. Most people come into the class with no experience skiing or in the outdoors. By the end of the class, they are not only great skiers, but also have a new appreciation for what the winter in Ithaca has to offer. I'm looking forward to teaching this class again next year and seeing some of my students out on the trails in the meantime!”
