Troy Feldman is the Residence Hall Director (RHD) of Just About Music (JAM) and Holland International Living Center (HILC), two of Cornell’s Program Houses on North Campus. As the RHD, Troy supervises the JAM and HILC Resident Advisors (RAs) and the JAM P-Space Managers. He also meets with residents as needed to discuss community or individual concerns and oversees JAM and HILC operations, safety, and security. 

Troy has been an RHD at Cornell for 3 years and is so excited to continue developing the JAM and HILC community and meet new and returning faces. Prior to this position, Troy worked as a Native English teacher in an elementary school in Seoul, South Korea for 3 years. He received his bachelor's degree in teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from SUNY Oswego and a master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Stony Brook University. You may see Troy walking his 4-year-old mini-Bernedoodle, Blu, around the community, so feel free to stop them and say hello! She is super friendly, but also a little vocal and excitable.
