Monti Wilkins started in the Residence Hall Director position at Cornell in 2022 for Toni Morrison Hall. In his position, Monti supervises the Toni Morrison Resident Advisors (RAs) and Resident Language Fellows (RLFs) which are both student leaders in the community. RAs support Toni Morrison and Language House residents. RLFs support and live in the suites with their respective language sections. Monti most enjoys being able to support the residents and student leaders in the community and seeing them be passionate about the impact they want to make in the world. Monti also enjoys supporting and helping to define the upper-level residential experience at Cornell. Fun fact- Monti once solved a Rubik's cube in 36 seconds!
