Since Mel’s first year as Residence Hall Director at Cornell, they have loved working with their RA team and all of the residents in their hall.  

Mel moved to Ithaca from Oregon where they were an Academic Program Manager and Intercultural and Career Readiness Coordinator at the University of Oregon. Prior to this, they were in K-12 administration, serving as a Principal and Assistant Principal in secondary schools.
