Kristi serves as the Assistant Director of Staff Selection and Development within Housing and Residential Life.

Kristi serves as the Assistant Director of Staff Selection and Development within Housing and Residential Life.  In this role she oversees the hiring and training of the Resident Advisors and Resident Language Fellows, both are student leader roles that support the residential experience of Cornellians.   

She has been a part of the university community since September 2019. She has always been excited about the opportunity to support students as they navigate their growth journeys – from applying for what is often their first job to building valuable skills in leadership and community development.   

Originally from Pennsylvania, Kristi holds a master’s degree in Higher Education from Kutztown University.  Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the spookier side of life, reading, and hanging out with her cat, Lumi.
