LYNN ZUCKERMAN GRAY is the Founder and CEO of Campus Scout, LLC, an innovative provider of strategic campus and recent graduate recruiting services, career coaching for young professionals and bespoke training programs for employers, all focused on the Millennial and Z generations. Since its inception in mid-2009, Campus Scout has recruited at more than 100 graduate and undergraduate campuses throughout the United States, Canada and the UK and has successfully assisted in the hiring of recent college and Business/professional School graduates for foreign and domestic clients.

Prior to founding Campus Scout, Ms. Gray was with Lehman Brothers/Barclays for more than eleven years, where she served as the Real Estate Group’s Global Chief Administrative Officer. A graduate of Tufts University and the Cornell Law School, she serves on the Advisory Board of the Cornell Baker Program in Real Estate and on the Board of the Cornell Real Estate Council. She has taught courses in Real Estate Finance, Leadership, Managing Millennials and Advanced Recruiting as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and at NYU’s Graduate Program in Human Capital Management. Ms. Gray is a Certified Facilitator for the Kauffman Foundation FastTrac New Venture and FastTrac Growth Venture Entrepreneurship training programs and she has served as a Mentor for WE NYC (Women Entrepreneurs NYC), an arm of the New York City Department of Small Business Services. Ms. Gray has written and been a featured speaker on talent management, entrepreneurship and real estate topics.

Simone Parris is an Assistant Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. She joined BBH in 2013 and currently leads the Investor & Client Services Team in Investment Management, specializing in investor relations supporting and cultivating relationships with investors as well as maintaining relationships with the service providers of the BBH proprietary, BBH Luxembourg Funds and Private Funds. She is a member of the IM ESG Committee, IM Diversity and Inclusion Committee, NY Toastmasters Club, and the IM Operations Core Committee. She is also a member of the Young Leaders Council of United Way. Prior to working at BBH, she attended Cornell University where she majored in English and Africana Studies. She was a recipient of the GE Greatest Generation Scholarship and achieved Dean’s List in Spring 2012. Ms. Parris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Cornell University ‘12 and the Certification of Professional Achievement in Business from Columbia University ‘15.

John DiStefano enjoys 25 years as a market researcher in the Fortune 500, mostly reporting 1 or 2 rungs from the CEO. He is responsible for putting Green Building on the map through his research in 2008 identifying the emerging trend of sustainable building construction. For his landmark research he received the McGraw-Hill Corporate Achievement Award from CEO Terry McGraw. He works with students and recent graduates in two ways: Tactical-Job Hunting, and Strategy-Career Exploration. The first focuses on sharing talents to land a job, including introduction email cover note, resume, and circumventing machine-driven resume elimination. The latter centers on skill and personal discovery, including technical acumen, personality style, and tolerance for risk.

In addition, John is a coach to founders at a range of startup incubators, including NSF I-Corp. Weill Cornell Medical School, Columbia-IBM Launch Accelerator, Pillsbury Institute, Clean Tech Open, Cornell Johnson Business School, Cornell Tech, Cornell Entrepreneurship Program, and CUNY Startups.

John earned his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University College of Arts & Sciences in History of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration from City University of New York, Baruch College in Market Research.
