The HR Consultant for Organizational Support serves as the key consultative partner for leadership and unit managers in the areas of organizational design, staffing plans, position management, job classification, compensation strategies, and personnel budgetary impacts. Having the right team at the right time is critical to our operational success, and the HR Consultant works to help managers ensure optimal organizational structure, accurately defined job expectations, effective labor usage, and active performance management throughout the organization.
