My training style best fits clients that are looking to learn how to work out, build muscle, and develop sustainable, healthy lifestyles.

What is unique about my educational or fitness background that influences my training knowledge?

I’ve experienced a lot! From being an overweight kid, to an athlete, to being lean, to then being bulked up and stronger, I can definitely understand the situation that a lot of people are in. I also have experimented with different styles of weight training, from endurance, to hypertrophy, to strength training, ensuring that I can tailor the training program to a client’s exact goals.

What is my favorite fitness activity or an accomplishment that makes me feel good?

Competing in a powerlifting meet!
