Equipment available for use during open lap swim: pull buoys & kickboards
Differently-abled swimmers and those needing physical therapy pool time (hydro PT) can attend any open lap time and utilize lane 6 at HNH (BYOE- bring your own equipment).
Electric ADA lift available in shallow end. If you need assistance, please ask the lifeguard on duty.
If there are limited/ADV lanes, swimming is limited to advanced swimmers, who typically swim in the fastest two lanes.
