Temporary Ice Cream Change at Select Dining Locations

Students dining in some residential dining rooms and campus eateries may notice a new ice cream option in the coming days. Due to a recent production disruption at Cornell Dairy, select locations will temporarily serve Gifford’s Ice Cream while Cornell Dairy rebuilds inventory and replenishes its supply.

Based in New England, Gifford’s is a family-owned creamery known for sourcing fresh cream and milk from local dairy farms and using high-quality regional ingredients. The company has earned national recognition for its products, including multiple Ice Cream Grand Champion titles at the World Dairy Expo.
