Ramadan 2021 for those observing at Cornell

Ramadan Mubarak! As Ramadan begins the evening of Monday, April 12th, we'd like to share with you the resources available to students, staff, and faculty on campus who are observing this month of fasting.

Dinner Take-Out Containers & Pre-fast Meal Boxes

For those who wish to take their meals out before sundown, we will have disposable take-out containers available. We will also have “Pre-fast” meal boxes available for pick up the night before for those who would like to eat before sunrise, before their daily fast begins. Pre-packaged Halal meals are available at both North Star and Cook House Dining Rooms. Guests may use a meal swipe or credit card to pay for the meals at the time of pickup.

Iftar Dinner at Trillium

Cornell Dining and Cornell Catering are hosting an Iftar Dinner at Trillium in Kennedy Hall on May 8th from 8-10pm. The dinner will cost one meal swipe or $14.95 in BRBs, and is open only to those participating in DailyCheck and authorized to be on campus. Reservations via OpenTable will be required.
