Lenten options for those observing at Cornell

As Lent begins on Wednesday, February 18th, we'd like to share with you the offerings available to students, staff, and faculty on campus who are observing this period of fasting.

Our vegetarian and vegan menu items are an easy and delicious way to abstain from consuming meat, and all of our eateries have both vegetarian and vegan choices at every meal.

Many observant Catholics also look for fish and seafood as an alternative during Lent, especially on Fridays, and we have quite a few seafaring entrees for lunch and dinner all over campus, in particular at Rose House Dining Room, Keeton House Dining Room, Jansen's Dining Room, Morrison Dining, North Star Dining Room, and Okenshields.

Many of our salad bars have tuna, tofu, hard-cooked eggs, and other non-meat protein options, as well.

Check Cornell Dining Now at now.dining.cornell.edu for daily menus at each dining room.
