Having trouble signing into the GET app for contactless payment and ordering ahead? Some users are seeing an error message that says "Login successful but we were unable to access your campus card account. Please contact support."

There's no need to contact support! Just be sure to enter your NetID in all lowercase! For example, "ewe2" instead of "Ewe2."

A change to Cornell's CUWebLogin service's login prompt that was implemented over the summer has resulted in some phones leaving the Shift key active for the first character of the Username field.

Tap the Shift key to deactivate it, and make your first character lowercase.
