A semester of great events ahead for Fall 2025!
Every year, Cornell Dining's eateries offer a constant stream of holiday dinners, themed meals, demonstrations and showcases, explorations of cuisines from around the world, and lots more food-focused events. Here's a sampling of what's ahead for Fall 2025!
Risley Welcome Back BBQ: Risley Dining is hosting a welcome BBQ on September 5th for Risleyites and those interested in checking out our gluten-free, peanut-free, and tree-nut-free dining room.
Shabbat & Rosh Hashanah: The first two Shabbat dinners of the fall semester, on August 22nd and August 29th, will be held at Trillium on Central Campus! On September 22nd, we'll celebrate the New Year in style with our annual Rosh Hashanah dinner at Trillium.
West Campus Wellness Fair: Our annual Health & Wellness Fair on West Campus on September 10th will feature food samples from some of our vendors as well as educational tabling from our campus partners.
Get Cooking with Cornell Dining: Cornell Dining is offering two opportunities this semester for students to learn some cooking skills from our talented culinary team at the amazing Discovery Kitchen! Students can practice preparing delicious plant-based dishes and then enjoy the results of their work. Watch for details on how to sign up!
National Noodle Day: October is National Pasta Month, and we'll celebrate National Noodle Day on October 6th at Okenshields by showcasing various dishes with different types of noodles such as Rice noodles, Ramen, Spaghetti, Linguine, Fettuccine & Lasagna.
Great Pumpkin Night: Our West Campus House System dining rooms will have a joint fall and pumpkin celebration featuring pumpkin food specials such as pumpkin ice cream, pumpkin ravioli, and pumpkin spice hot chocolate!
Apple Harvest at the Market: We're celebrating fall with a weeklong Apple Harvest at the Market event at Straight from the Market, featuring various fall dishes daily.
Feast for Dragons: Risley Dining's annual dragon-themed event, on November 14th, featuring a special dinner menu and sword fight demonstrations by the Ring of Steel.
