Every year, Cornell Dining's eateries bring together the campus community for a constant stream of holiday dinners, themed meals, demonstrations and showcases, explorations of cuisines from around the world, and lots more food-focused events. Here's a sampling of what's ahead for Fall 2026!
Risley Welcome Back BBQ: Risley Dining is hosting a welcome BBQ on September 4th for Risleyites and those interested in checking out our gluten-free, peanut-free, and tree-nut-free dining room.
Shabbat & Rosh Hashanah: The first Shabbat dinner of the fall semester, on August 21st, will be held at Trillium on Central Campus! (After that, weekly Shabbat dinners are at 104West!, our kosher and multicultural dining room.) On September 11th, we'll celebrate the New Year in style with our annual Rosh Hashanah dinner at Trillium.
West Campus Wellness Fair: Our annual Health & Wellness Fair on West Campus on September 16th will feature food samples from some of our vendors as well as educational tabling from our campus partners.
Eating Well with Cornell Dining: Learn about Eating Well with Cornell Dining's Student Nutrition Specialists! They have tabling events at different eateries throughout each month to talk about building a balanced plate at each meal.
Great Pumpkin Night: Our West Campus House System dining rooms will have a joint fall and pumpkin celebration featuring sweet and savory pumpkin food specials such as pumpkin ice cream, pumpkin ravioli, and pumpkin spice hot chocolate!
Welcome Fall Harvest at the Market: We're celebrating fall by highlighting harvest-themed foods at a weeklong event at Straight from the Market, featuring various fall dishes and desserts.
