Jie is a seasoned supervisor and manager with a commitment to fostering a culture of belonging and care for students and staff. Jie joins us from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, where he served as a Coordinator of Residential Life and a Residence Director. Jie also served as an Assistant Director in Housing and Residence Life at the University of North Texas, where he worked with the Dean of Students Office to manage student conduct, Title IX complaints, and bias incidents. He earned an M.A. in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University, and a BS in Business Administration, General Management from Appalachian State University.
