Health Requirements

Before coming to Cornell, all new students must submit health information and proof of required immunizations to meet the university's health requirements.

Cornell Health oversees the New Student Health Requirements Process through which students provide information required to comply with state and federal laws, meet public health guidelines, and support their health care while studying at Cornell.

Health Services

Cornell Health provides medical care, counseling, pharmacy services, and other resources to support the well-being of all students studying on Cornell's Ithaca campus. Services are confidential, and designed to meet the needs of Cornell's diverse student population.

Tips & Topics

Students can use myCornellHealth (NetID required to login) to schedule or cancel appointments, communicate and share confidential information with your health care provider, access health records and billing statements, and more.

Student Disability Services

Cornell's Student Disability Services office—part of Cornell Health—helps students with physical, medical, mental health, and sensory disabilities participate fully in the Cornell experience. If you have a disability for which you need accommodations, please register your needs directly with Student Disability Services.

Resources for parents and guardians

Through surveys and anecdotes, Cornell students make it clear that their parents/guardians are their most important source of information and support related to their health and well-being. Cornell Health provides resources for parents and guardians, especially for those whose students are just beginning their Cornell experience.
