Erika Crawley

Assistant Director

Erika (she/her/hers) is an Assistant Director in the OSCCS. She is responsible for facilitating investigations for formal processes and mediating agreements in the informal process for both individual and group cases. Erika comes to the OSCCS after having served as the Assistant Director for Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution at The University of Texas at El Paso, an Area Coordinator for The University of Maine at Farmington, and a Residence Hall Director at Florida Memorial University. Erika’s favorite aspect of serving in the role of Assistant Director in the OSCCS is being able to create opportunities for growth and communication that aid students in becoming better versions of themselves.

Erika earned her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, FL; and she earned her Master of Science in Adult & Higher Education from The University of Southern Maine in Portland, ME. However, Erika is a native of Chicago, IL.
