Carlos Blanco

Graduate Intern for Undocumented/DACA Student Support

Carlos Blanco is the Undocumented/DACA Graduate Student Intern supporting the office's efforts of student empowerment. He completed his undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley '18 with a BA in Architecture with concentrations in City Planning and Urbanism in Developing Countries and is now a candidate for the M.Arch at College of AAP. Carlos holds prior experience working and collaborating with Undocumented/DACA students while at UC Berkeley such as in mentoring high school students through the Dreamers Project and CAFE (Central Americans for Empowerment). 

 

As an immigrant from El Salvador himself knowing first hand the difficulties faced, Carlos strives to support and become actively engaged in his community and support other fellow students.
