Allecia is passionate about helping student leaders develop meaningful, sustainable organizations that foster belonging and engagement across campus. With a strong background in student leadership, residential life, and programming, she enjoys partnering with students to turn big ideas into impactful campus experiences.

What Allecia loves most about working in higher education is seeing students grow into confident, purpose-driven leaders, and building communities that make that growth possible.

Outside of work, Allecia finds peace near water, whether it’s lounging by the beach, enjoying a lake view, or chasing the sound of a good waterfall. She also loves trying new restaurants, experimenting in the kitchen, going on walks, and visiting museums. She brings the same curiosity, creativity, and love for meaningful connection to her personal life as she does to her work.
