Message from Vice President Ryan Lombardi

Cornell is a place of nearly unbounded opportunities for exploration and growth. Whether you are new to Cornell or have spent many years here, I hope you will take full advantage of the breadth of student services available to help you succeed both inside the classroom and out. This site will help you discover some of those resources.

In your time here, I encourage you to stretch yourself, to seek out new situations, and to pursue meaningful relationships with your peers. You’ll find plentiful opportunities for leadership and involvement through Campus and Community Engagement. The Public Service Center is a great place to share your talents and grow as a global citizen through service to others. Lay a strong foundation for your future career with Cornell Career Services. Cheer on the Big Red with Cornell Athletics and stay healthy and active through intramural sports, physical education, and recreation.

Our advocacy centers in  Dean of Students can help you find your community and engage with others from diverse backgrounds.  Our Gannett Health Services organization is nationally recognized for providing integrated services that help you stay healthy, mind and body, and promote the well-being of the entire community. Our Campus Life Enterprise Services area lets you live and eat well on campus, and gives you one-stop shopping for Cornell merchandise and textbooks at the Cornell Store. These programs, and many more, are available to you and ready for you to engage.

I and my colleagues in Student and Campus Life are here to support you in creating the most fulfilling college experience you can have and the strongest possible foundation for your future.  However you choose to engage with us and with the community around you, your experience at Cornell will be deeply enriched by doing so.
