Spinning® and Core

Spinning® and Core combines Spinning and core conditioning into one class. 40 minutes of Spinning followed by 30 minutes body weight or equipment enhanced exercises to develop core strength and stability. Footwear that is appropriate for movement is required for this class. Participants are highly encouraged to bring a personal towel and to supply their own mat, however towels and mats are available for use.
