Get ready to ride in this 60-minute indoor cycling class that blends energizing music with basic cycling movements, motivational coaching, and breath awareness. This low-impact, high-energy cardio workout lets you set the pace and intensity to match your own goals. Whether you're building endurance or just boosting your mood, this class will move you.

-Late entry will only be permitted within 20 minutes of the class start time.
-Workout towels are available for this class.
-The use of personal water bottles is highly recommended. 
-Please note that you will be asked to clean the bike you borrow at the conclusion of class.
-All classes require shoes, with the exception of Barre, Pilates and Yoga.
We encourage participants to arrive 5 minutes early for the class to allow sufficient time for bike setup.
