Inspired by the Shockwave program, CU Row is cross-training at its best! This circuit challenge features 8 stations, utilizing a WaterRower machine to provide short-burst, high-intensity intervals, combined with functional strength and endurance exercises. What makes it different than a standard circuit class? The rower is your timer! People come to CU Row for the camaraderie, teamwork, and motivating atmosphere - come row with us!
This class will be held on the Escape Fitness equipment located in the Appel Commons Friedman Fitness Center. One may wish to bring a personal workout towel for a barrier between the face and mat.
