This high-energy class combines the TRX® Suspension Trainer with intervals of traditional strength training and cardiovascular drills, arranged in a dynamic circuit format. Designed to keep your heart rate up and your muscles engaged, this class provides a full-body workout that enhances endurance, strength, and overall fitness. Each circuit is adaptable for individual needs, ensuring everyone gets an accessible, challenging and effective workout. Join us and experience a fun, supportive environment that will help you reach your fitness goals!

-Late entry will only be permitted within 20 minutes of the class start time.
-Participants are highly encouraged to supply their own mat, however mats are available for use.  
-One may wish to bring a personal workout towel for a barrier between the face and mat. 
-Please note that you will be asked to clean any mats or props you borrow at the conclusion of class.
-All classes require shoes, with the exception of Barre, Pilates and Yoga.
