Yoga - Slow Flow Vinyasa: Tuesdays 5:45pm-6:45pm in Helen Newman Classroom

ZUMBA: Thursdays 6:30pm-7:15pm in Noyes Multipurpose Room

These classes are free to anyone with a Cornell ID, no fitness center or fitness class membership required. Wristbands are available on a first come, first served basis until the class is full or until the late entry window expires.  

CFC Membership or a Cornell Wellness Recreation Membership is required to attend all In-Person Group Fitness classes unless class is noted as 'free'.

Wristbands are required for entry into all In-Person Group Fitness classes and are available beginning 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for each class. Please be familiar with the late entry policy. Wristbands may be obtained in the following locations:
