Off Campus Recruiting Events

Cornell participates with other educational institutions in a variety of consortia that sponsor recruiting events off campus. Most of these events focus on a specific career field or employment sector.

Diversity in Business National Career Fair

The Diversity in Business National Career Fair focuses on the opportunity for employers and students of diverse backgrounds to network and learn about each other. We encourage you to take this opportunity to ask meaningful questions about company culture and how the respective companies are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. This is a fantastic opportunity to hear about companies' diverse roles and programs as well as their summer internships, full-time roles post-graduation, or immediate hire roles.

Students’ work experience ranges from 0-15+ years and so employers are encouraged to recruit for both entry level and experienced hire positions.

Areas of focus include but not limited to: City, regional, and environmental planning, design and policy, energy markets and renewable energy, green building design and natural resource management, international and community development, and product design, consumer goods and supply chain management.
