Mystery Shopper Program
The Mystery Shopper Program serves as both a quality assurance and a recognition program, with each mystery shopper anonymously visiting different eateries on campus each semester to evaluate the overall guest experience.
Cornell Dining is a Learning Organization that aims to promote continuous improvement in all aspects of Cornell Dining's operations. The Mystery Shopper Program aligns with Cornell Dining's values of providing exceptional experiences and recognizing staff members who excel in their roles. Each shopper is assigned multiple "shops" in different eateries each week, and after dining, completes an online questionnaire regarding their visit.
