Cornell Reunion

June  8-11, 2023

Every June, over 7,000 Cornellians and their families come back to Ithaca for their class Reunion. Reunion runs from June 8-11, 2023 and is packed full of programming from class meals, Cornell lectures, family-friendly activities, dance parties, and more.

In order to make this event a success, we rely on volunteers to help Conference and Event Services to staff our Reunion housing check-in desks. This is a fun experience where you meet great alumni and interact with staff from across campus. This year we are in need of even more help with additional sign-in requirements!

Housing check-in hours are:

  • Thursday, June 8:  10:30 am – 9:00 pm and
  • Friday, June 9:  7:30 am – 9:00 pm.

We are looking to find volunteers for 4-hour shifts , 8-hour shifts, or partial shifts. If you are willing and able to volunteer, please complete the Reunion Housing Volunteers survey

Fall 2023 Move-In

Stay tuned to learn more about the roles, responsibilities, and amazing swag you will get as a thank-you for your commitment to hosting our students during the Move-In week.

We need:

  • Hosts to serve as greeters, assisting with wayfinding, providing directions to campus buildings, amenities, and answering questions.
  • Bin Helpers to assist students with carrying belongings upstairs in buildings without elevators.
