INDIGO Kitchen
The INDIGO Kitchen is a program designed to provide safe, convenient meals for students with food allergies and other medically diagnosed medical needs.
Program Enrollment
The meals produced in INDIGO Kitchen are appropriate for a wide range of medically diagnosed dietary needs, including food allergies, low FODMAP, low sodium, high fiber, and sensory-related dietary needs. Meal plan holders approved through Student Disability Services (SDS) for medically diagnosed dietary needs may be referred to the program and can work with Cornell Dining’s team of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists to enroll in the program.
How the Program Works
Students enrolled in the program can order their meals online each week and can pick up their individualized meals at designated pick-up locations conveniently located across campus. The menu includes simple, whole foods with transparent ingredients. Students are able to build their meals around their needs and preferences.
How to Get Started
Students with food allergies or medically diagnosed dietary needs who would like to request dietary accommodations should register with Student Disability Services (SDS). To register, please visit sds.cornell.edu/get-started.
