What are your preferred locations to train?

I’m happy to train at any location.

What are my most available days and times to meet?

Mondays 9:30am - 1:00pm
Wednesdays  10:00am - 1:00pm
Fridays 4:00pm - 7:30pm

What client interests and goals best fit my training style and skills?

I enjoy working with individuals who have a desire to improve their health and well being.  I particularly like working with those new to strength/ resistance training and working with free weights. I aim to create a comfortable, supportive and fun space for clients to unlock their potential and increase overall mental and physical strength.  My tagline is “Bringing a sense of lightness to lifting heavy things”

What is unique about  my educational or fitness background that influences my training and knowledge? 

I discovered resistance training later in life and its impact has been life changing.  So much so,  that it inspired me to shift careers and become a personal trainer.  Resistance training has greatly improved my mood and my overall self confidence and comfort being in my own skin- which has been a lifelong struggle (What a relief!)    
The gym space can feel intimidating.  I remember feeling self conscious and worried that people were watching me.  In actuality, everyone is on their own journey and  is not paying much attention to anyone else.  I mention this because it is a very common experience with those new to the gym.  With some knowledge and practice, these feelings will dissipate and hopefully the gym will start to feel more like a second home.

What is my favorite fitness activity or an accomplishment that makes me feel good? 

I like to try new things and recently have been exploring the world of boxing and absolutely love it.  I’m toying with the idea of training for a powerlifting competition.  I also enjoy road cycling, snowboarding, hiking, yoga, dancing and a good game of wiffle ball.
