Experience the perfect balance of energy and relaxation in this unique class that combines indoor cycling with yoga. Begin with 30–35 minutes of heart-pumping cycling to build endurance and boost cardiovascular health, guided with a focus on breath, alignment, and mindful movement. Then, transition off the bike and onto a mat for a yoga flow designed to stretch and release the muscles most engaged during cycling, especially the hamstrings, hips, and spine. This class offers a complete mind-body reset, leaving you both energized and restored.

-Late entry will only be permitted within 20 minutes of the class start time.
-Workout towels are available for this class.
-The use of personal water bottles is highly recommended. 
-Please note that you will be asked to clean the bike you borrow at the conclusion of class.
-All classes require shoes, with the exception of Barre, Pilates and Yoga.
We encourage participants to arrive 5 minutes early for the class to allow sufficient time for bike setup.
