Tabling on campus

Tabling is a great way to promote your organization or event. With many locations across campus, tabling can reach hundreds of students, faculty or staff daily.

Please note that on campus tables must be reserved using the 25Live Scheduling System, and may be reserved for use only by registered student organizations, registered sororities or fraternities, or university departments. Outside organizations/vendors/businesses are not permitted to conduct business on campus, including tabling. A representative of the sponsoring organization must be physically on site at the table for the duration of the reservation.

There are many locations on campus groups can reserve for tabling. One of the more popular locations is Ho Plaza (outside Willard Straight Hall).
