Resistance Training and wanting to become more knowledgeable about exercise, the gym, and your body while improving health and well-being.

I powerlift regularly (competed once so far), have been active in the gym for 6 years, have an athletic background in wrestling, and I’m always looking for new ways to expand my training knowledge.
