Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Mornings to 3 pm preferred but can be flexible)

I have 16 years of experience in fitness training and fitness education, and I have trained everyone from beginners to athletes. 

What is my favorite fitness activity or an accomplishment that makes me feel good? 

Having fun and pushing myself to my limits and seeing results from all the work put in!
