Monday - Friday: 8 am - 10 pm
Saturday: 11 am - 10 pm
Sunday: 12 pm - 7 pm

Provides mail services for residents of: 

625 University Avenue, Akwe:kon, Balch Hall, Barbara McClintock Hall, Court-Kay-Bauer Hall, Clara Dickson Hall, Mary Donlon Hall, Ecology House, Ganędagǫ: Hall, High Rise #5, Holland International Living Center (LR#8), Hu Shih Hall, Jameson Hall, Just About Music (LR#9), Latino Living Center (Anna Comstock Hall), Low Rise #6, Low Rise #7, McGraw Place residences, Mews Hall, Multicultural Living Learning Unit, Risley Hall, Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hall, Toni Morrison Hall, Townhouse Community, Ujamaa (LR#10)

Other services:

Information, key lockouts and lock changes, laundry account, bulk laundry, and dry cleaning services, and other resources. Please note that the Service Center does not have refrigeration and is not a drop-off location for perishable food items (e.g., DoorDash, GrubHub, Instacart, food delivery) or other local delivery (e.g., Walmart, Target).  Receiving mail at your service center: 

  • Service Centers will only accept packages that are 50 pounds or less.
  • If sending fresh food, write ‘Perishable’ in large letters on the parcel.
  • Service Center will only hold packages for seven (7) days after receipt and will return parcels to the sender on the eighth (8) day.  

You will receive an e-mail if a mail item or package arrives for you. For almost all residents, your on-campus address will be as follows: 

TIP: Always put your NetID in your mailing address.  Your NetID is the key piece of information that we use to process your mail and packages.  If you don't put your NetID on your packages, you will encounter slower processing times or a possible return to sender.
