A3C's COVID-19 Statement of Support

The Asian & Asian American Center (A3C) acknowledges and celebrates the rich diversity that Asian, Pacific Islander, and Desi American (APIDA) students bring to Cornell and actively works to foster a supportive and inclusive campus community. Recently our community has experienced a rise of anti-Asian bigotry and xenophobia under the guise of people expressing fear of COVID-19. We strongly reject racism-motivated harassment and stand in solidarity with those who have been victimized. The A3C staff is available to offer support to all students who have been affected by the COVID-19 virus and anti-Asian racism. We are working closely with the Ithaca Asian American Association to advocate for our community and promote allyship and bystander intervention. We are stronger together. Supporting each other is essential and we welcome you to find community with us.
