PE 1663: Ropes Course Programming

Students learn and apply the technical, safety, leadership and facilitation skills essential to safe and effective ropes course programming. Technical skills such as knot tying, challenge course belaying, and more will be taught during this course. Students will learn low ropes team integration activities as well as high ropes facilitation skills. This course can contribute towards completion of the CU Leadership Minor. Course will be taught at the Hoffman Challenge Course, transportation provided.

Students: $200, Community: $245, CU Faculty/ Staff: $220

First Class is mandatory, you can miss one class and still receive PE Credit.

Prerequisites

No previous experience.
