Billy Riley

Student Engagement Coordinator

Billy is originally from south central PA. He received bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and psychology from Washington & Jefferson College before starting in campus ministry, and started work with Chesterton House (CH) in 2016. At CH, his role is Program and Operations Manager, primarily overseeing the public lectures, discussion groups, retreats, and other events that engage Cornell students with the historic Christian faith, scholarship, and thinkers. In addition to the program work, he engages students in spiritual formation and builds connections with local church communities and other partnering organizations. He spends his free time watching good movies, running, playing basketball, and reading. He is a peacemaking enneagram 9 and a Meyers-Briggs INFJ or INTJ depending on the day. He and his wife, Cole, live just outside Ithaca in Freeville, NY in an old brick farmhouse.
