Multicultural Student Leadership and Empowerment

Welcome to Multicultural Student Leadership and Empowerment! Our mission is to encourage student learning through the co-curricular and foster an inclusive campus environment.  With a commitment to increasing cross-cultural awareness and competency, we support students and student organizations in their efforts to offer a wide variety of programs and initiatives that explore both the shared and unique experiences, histories, and heritages of our diverse community. We do this through supporting more than 150 student organizations, advising key programs and organizations, promoting peer to peer mentorship, and advocacy.   If you are interested in supporting our efforts or wish to join our diverse multicultural student organizations please contact us at msle@cornell.edu and we can help you get connected.

OUR VALUES:
Advocacy, community building, diversity, empowerment, identity and leadership development.
