My first year at Cornell, I quickly became involved with the Cornell Fashion Collective (CFC) by helping organize Cornell Couture Night at the Johnson Museum and the annual Cornell Fashion Collective Runway Show featuring student designs every March in Barton Hall. CFC has given me the opportunity to work with Cornell’s creative student body and merge their expertise with skills I’ve learned in my major and beyond. This past year, I served as CFC’s secretary, and watching the show come to life from its early stages to the final senior collections has been an incredibly rewarding experience.

Spring semester of my freshman year, I also went through Panhellenic recruitment and was lucky enough to join Phi Mu. The women I met within my sorority and Panhellenic Council (PHC) have undoubtedly shaped my experience at Cornell, and I wanted to give back to these communities when I became president of Phi Mu my sophomore and junior year. My involvement in Phi Mu and PHC has allowed me to meet women all across Cornell’s campus, and I’m really grateful to be a part of this thriving, diverse group of women.

When my schedule permits, I love being a part of College Mentors for Kids and The Thread Magazine. Both of these organizations have brought me great friends and a chance to take a nice break from my school work. I have been really lucky to find such incredible clubs and groups at Cornell!
